2 Day – Weekend Detox –

Weekend Detox: Spring is the ideal time to get out of our body all toxins accumulated throughout the years. A detox diet even for two days can be very beneficial as it cleanses the body from the inside.

The weekend detox if properly followed will give you a healthier body, a glowing skin and leave you feeling more in shape. . It is therefore important to be well prepared.

As the reserves of liver sugar are reduced during the diet, activities should be kept to a minimum. Take this opportunity to read a page-turning suspense or romantic book. To relax even more during the detox, put some music: Soul, pop, rock or classic depending on your tastes. It is also the best time to freshen up. Pampered yourself with hot baths, a face mask and body exfoliation.

To start your detox:

. Saturday

Early In The Morning:

As soon as you open your eyes, drink a full glass of cool water and stay in bed for another ten or twenty minutes.

For Breakfast

A bowl of tea (no sugar,) 2 yogurts mix with the juice of half an orange or grapefruit.

Later In the Morning:

Drink at least half a liter of sparkling water, tea or herbal tea.

For Lunch

– A large glass of vegetable juice (carrot + grapefruit + ice cubes) or (Tomato + Carrot + grapefruit + a few drops of lemon)

– A bowl of vegetable soup (no potatoes).

– A milkshake: Use a blender to mix a glass of skim milk + 0.5 pounds of raspberry, or strawberry, or 1 kiwi, or 1 banana + a few drops of vanilla extract.

– Drink plenty of water.

In the afternoon:

Drink at least half a liter of sparkling water, tea or herbal tea.

For Dinner

A bowl of vegetable soup (no potatoes)

A light cream: Beat the egg yolks with two teaspoons of powdered sweetener until the mixture whitens. Pour a large glass of warm milk, whisk and add a few drops of coffee or vanilla extract. Boil the mixture over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon. When the mixture becomes thick, pour into a glass and serve.

Drink plenty of water.

In The Evening:

Take a tea or herbal tea.

. Sunday

Early In The Morning:
As soon as you open your eyes, drink a full glass of cool water and stay in bed for another ten or twenty minutes.

For Breakfast

A bowl of tea (no sugar,) 2 yogurts mix with the juice of half an orange or grapefruit.

Later In the Morning:

Drink at least half a liter of sparkling water, tea or herbal tea.

For Lunch

– A large glass of vegetable juice (carrot + grapefruit + ice cubes) or (Tomato + Carrot + grapefruit + a few drops of lemon)

– A bowl of vegetable soup (no potatoes)

– A glass of liquid fruit: Use a blender to mix an apple (peel and cut into pieces) with the juice of half a lemon and half an orange until you get a very smooth purée.

– Drink plenty of water.

Later In The Morning:

– 200g of Cottage cheese with a sweetener.

– Juice of half an orange or a grapefruit.

Dinner

– A bowl of vegetable soup (no potatoes)

– Yogurt with fruits: Use a blender to mix a plain yoghurt, a ripe pear (peel and cut into pieces) and a sweetener. Serve.

– Drink plenty of water.

In The Evening:

Take a tea or herbal tea.
